Downtown El Paso on Two Wheels | El Paso Photographer
The signs of Spring are beginning to emerge in El Paso. And along with the new leaves, green grass, and warmer days, that also means windy, dusty days. When these sunny, windless days appear, we have to be ready to take full advantage of them. So, this Sunday, we hopped on our bikes and enjoyed rolling through and around Downtown El Paso. Here are some shots.

From Marfa to El Paso | El Paso Family Photographer
A couple of weeks back, I had the pleasure of shooting some family portraits for the Ramseys. They traveled by train from Marfa to El Paso for a quick family getaway, and it was exciting to hear the story of their brief visit. They arrived at the historic Union Depot, stayed in Downtown El Paso, visited local museums, and they even took the opportunity to catch a showing of the Broadway show Wicked during its run at the Plaza Theatre.
It’s always good to hear of out-of-towners who come to El Paso and really enjoy their time here. It makes you realize that there’s often more to do here than you realize at times. They were a fun family with a great laid-back attitude and that all made for a cool photo shoot.

Rockin Downtown | El Paso Event Photographer
Here’s a throwback to last year’s KLAQ Downtown Street Festival. The El Paso Convention and Visitor’s Bureau recently published this photo of band 10 Years rocking the crowd on the main stage.
The Street Fest is held the weekend before the Fourth of July and always promises to be a good time. In addition to 10 Years, Hinder also played the main stage. I’ll share more photos of them in future blog posts, along with photos of some El Paso bands that rocked the other stages.

. . . were made for exploring. I just want to share with you a preview from a fun family photo shoot around Downtown El Paso with one very cool family. There’ll be more to come in the next few days.
Oh, and I wish all of you a happy Valentine’s Day. Remember, the love you get is equal to the love you give. Cheers.
